Founded in 1998, Global Catering is a joint venture between Citadel Holding and the world’s largest inflight caterer, Gate Gourmet. Global Catering is operating two airline catering facilities strategically located near the Philippines’ key airports Manila and Clark. Both facilities, Manila & Clark, are fully HACCP and Halal Certified and operating based on Gate Gourmet standards and processes.
